AllianceCare Pharmacy
With its exclusive pharmacy pricing, the AllianceCare™ benefits package, helps employers save thousands of dollars annually. This program, offered in cooperation with CVS Caremark, Inc., affords significant, long-term discounts. With more than 45,000 pharmacies nationwide participating, employees throughout the United States can benefit. We can duplicate your current plan of benefits or customize a new one. Your program can be implemented in 45 to 60 days. Caremark will draft and produce all of the communications materials. Caremark can also work with any Third Party Administrator or medical vendor. Even fully insured employers can reap the benefits of a pharmacy carve-out program.

When employees experience overwhelming stresses affecting productivity in the workplace or at home, seek guidance from the AllianceCare™ Employee Assistance Program. Our EAP is managed by EARN, the Employee Assistance Resource Network. A division of Family Service of the Cincinnati area, EARN is a professional, confidential counseling service for all employees and their dependent family members. EARN has eight accessible locations around the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and offers convenient appointment times, including evenings and Saturdays, with crisis or emergency assistance available 24 hours a day. Services outside the region are accessed through a national network of private counseling agencies.

With the AllianceCare LabCard™ program from Quest, your employees pay nothing for covered outpatient laboratory testing. Outpatient lab testing is about 5% of total health care spending. With this program you can save approximately 50% without reducing quality or limiting choice. This is a nationally negotiated contract with the National Business Coalition on Health, of which EHCA is a member organization.
